Already on a Pump?

For current Medtronic Minimed users, did you know you can download your pump via the Web? Carelink Personal is a free online tool that allows discovery of patterns and problems that meter software and logbooks do not uncover. You can easily and quickly upload your Paradigm Insulin Pump, Guardian Continuous Glucose Monitor, or glucose meter to Medtronic Minimed’s secure website http://carelink.medtronicdiabetes.com (or go to www.minimed.com and click on the “Carelink” tab).

As an added benefit, Carelink Personal is designed so it can integrate with Carelink Pro, the software used by physicians and health care providers. If you download your device in advance of your office visit, you and your provider both save time. Less time downloading devices in the office means more time focusing on you and your diabetes and getting the best therapy results. Get started today by registering at http://carelink.medtronicdiabetes.com.
